ImpexDocs Quarantine Approval Software enables exporters to obtain a valid
Request For Permit (RFP) from Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS).
The ImpexDocs software interfaces with EXDOC (which is the AQIS Electronic
Export Documentation System) and enables the electronic transmission and
receipt of information in order to obtain the RFP for export of the following
Prescribed Goods 1) Dairy, 2) Fish, 3) Meat, 4) Grain, 5) Horticulture, 6) Wool
and 7) Skin and hides. It is mandatory for Exporters of these products to
register with AQIS.
Interfacing with the EXDOC system enables the automatic generation of a Sanitary
or Phytosanitary Certificate (eg EX46, E16, E171) as required by Importing
Authorities.
In addition to processing the RFP, EXDOC may also obtain an Export Declaration
Number (EDN) from Australian
Customs Service (ACS) on behalf of the exporter via the Single
Electronic Window (SEW)

This software can also be integrated with the ImpexDocs Export Documentation software. Integrating two software eliminates duplicate data entry, minimizes human errors and speeds up the documentation process.
One can also use the software as a standalone package without linking it to the
ImpexDocs Documentation software, if required.
ImpexDocs is registered as a software developer with Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS). |
