| Fast Approval Of EDN's |
One of the mandatory requirements for exporters or their agents is to lodge
details of every export shipment electronically to ACS before the shipment can
leave Australia. Each shipment is given an Export Declaration number (EDN) by
ACS.
The ImpexDocs Customs Declaration software enables the successful transmission
and receipt of Export Declaration (EXD) messages from ACS in order to obtain an
EDN.
The messages are sent over the internet in a secure encrypted EDI (electronic
data interchange) format. Similarly encrypted messages are received from
Customs and ImpexDocs decrypts these messages and displays the response to the
users.
This software can also be integrated with the ImpexDocs Export Documentation software. Integrating two software eliminates duplicate data entry, minimizes human errors and speeds up the documentation process.
One can also use the software as a standalone package without linking it to the
ImpexDocs Documentation software.
ImpexDocs is registered as a software developer with Australian Customs Service (ACS). |
